- To reply to your inquiry and follow up on the conversation you started.
- To understand, in aggregate, which content is useful and how the site is performing, so we can improve it.
- To keep the site secure and working properly.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we will not add you to a marketing mailing list just because you contacted us.

Messages sent through the contact form are stored on this website and connected to our customer relationship management system, Zoho CRM, so we can keep track of conversations and respond reliably. Who we share information with
We do not sell, rent or trade anyone’s personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you (such as Google Analytics, Zoho CRM, and our web hosting and email providers), and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as it is useful for the conversation or working relationship, and delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, including your records in our CRM. To make a request, contact us and choose “Other” as the reason. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
